GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Any cancellation in our house, which is isolated in the middle of the countryside, makes it very difficult for us to rent rooms (and meals!) again. For this reason, please confirm, for every reservation, by e-mail, fax or letter with your credit card number, its expiration date and the last three numbers of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Any communication of the information concerning your credit card to the reservation service of the Domaine de Vilotte (Tourisme & Développement) implies your acceptance and authorization of debits and credits in the general sales conditions.
DepositReservations are not considered firm until a deposit is paid representing 50%, deductible from the total bill, which is paid the day before arrival by check to the order of Tourisme & Développement or by bank transfer.
CancellationsAccording to Article N1590 of the French Civil Code, "all deposits paid remain definitively acquired".
Cancellations more than 21 days in advanceIf you must cancel your reservation and provided that our reservation service is informed 21 days in advance, by registered letter, fax or e-mail, your deposit will be returned to you. For the cancellation to be considered valid, our reservation service must receive it in writing and within the stipulated time period.
Cancellations between 8 and 21 days in advanceIf you cancel your reservation between 8 and 21 days before your arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be retained. For the cancellation to be considered valid, our reservation service must receive it in writing and within the stipulated time period.
Cancellations 8 days or less in advanceIf you cancel your reservation less than 8 days before your arrival date, your credit card will be billed and debited for 50% of the stay as compensation and your deposit, calculated on the entire length of your planned stay, will be retained.
Shortened stayIf you interrupt your stay without informing us 72 hours before your departure date, we will bill and debit your credit card for 50% of the stay that remains, and retain the deposit calculated on the length of the planned stay that remains.
Failure to arriveIf you do not arrive on the day of your reservation, we will automatically cancel the entire stay reserved. In addition, your credit card will be billed and debited for 50% of the planned stay and your deposit will be retained, calculated on the entire planned stay. Failure to arrive becomes effective at 7 p.m. on the reserved day. If you wish to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us in advance. Otherwise, any arrival after 7 p.m. will not be accepted. You may not arrive later than 10 p.m.
